Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and returns its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to answer and manage the exchange. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Normal server operation can capture technical facts when a page loads, including:

Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices apply to information submitted in those tools. Review the provider's policy before running a search because we do not control those choices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Furnas County offices, Nebraska courts and agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination's privacy policy controls. Check it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads.
